With a background spanning global technology companies, retail, entrepreneurship, and board work, she has spent more than 15 years helping businesses grow, transform, and stay relevant as consumer expectations evolve.

Prior to Uber, Krista worked at Google with some of the Nordics’ leading retailers on digital growth and AI adoption. She has also founded her own marketplace company, a peer-to-peer rental platform for kids products, launched & scaled mobile ad tech company and served on the boards of businesses focused on innovation and the circular economy. Krista has built her career at the intersection of technology, commerce, and changing consumer behaviour.
