For the first time ever, HARVEST is opening the doors to the boardroom. Reaktor’s CEO Pekka Horo and Chairman of the Board Mika Sutinen share an intimate conversation that most leadership teams are having behind closed doors: what should we be genuinely curious about right now?

Pekka Horo, CEO of Reaktor, brings extensive experience from his time at Nokia and Microsoft. He has led strategic initiatives globally, focusing on smart devices, sustainability, and business management.

Katja Lindholm is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Board at Valio.

She is responsible for HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational adaptability. In the panel, Lindholm will discuss the skills, leadership, and technological utilization organizations need to ensure their competitiveness and growth in the future.

Sarita Runeberg, CEO of Maria 01, leads one of Europe’s largest startup ecosystems, where startups, investors, and corporate partners come together to build the next generation of success stories. With over a decade of experience in international business and company scaling — from early-stage startups to global players—Sarita specializes in growth strategies, market expansion, team building, and partnerships that create long-term value.

She is a passionate advocate for diversity and works to ensure that more women and founders from underrepresented backgrounds receive the support, funding, and networks they need to succeed. She has also been featured as a thought leader in global media outlets, such as BBC, Financial Times and Globo.

Mika Sutinen is an experienced growth leader who serves in board roles across numerous companies, including as the Chairman of the Board at Reaktor. Having previously led several growth companies, such as steering Musti Group’s massive expansion as CEO, Mika now dedicates his expertise to sparring with CEOs and management teams on strategy execution and leadership.
