Reaktor Ecosystem 2025 reflections: Scaling Through Specialization and Collaboration

    Samuli Savo

    Lead, Fusion Ecosystem

In 2025, the Reaktor Ecosystem didn't just grow; we scaled with industrial speed focusing on three core objectives: launching new companies, increasing the depth of our specialized services, and driving real-world collaboration between our 45+ companies. Here is the summary of what we achieved and where we are heading.

    10 new companies

We added 10 new companies this year to our portfolio to address specific market demands. The addition of these businesses ensures we can offer our clients a comprehensive, yet specialized, alternative to traditional massive consultancies:

     * AI & Infrastructure: Kaiku Crew (AI engineering), Meshly (data platforms), and Silmaril (integrations).

     * Security & Compliance: Premium Security Associates (cybersecurity) and FusionID (IAM).

     * Business Operations: Locoda (Power Platform), Havina (digital HR), and Avenyo (retail growth).

     * Product & Delivery: The Value LAB (product management) and Tekai (Vietnamese offshore).

    Strategic arrangements

Our growth wasn’t solely focused on adding new members; we also made several arrangements with existing portfolio companies. The successful merger of Feed and Netlife is a powerful example of this capability. This move not only strengthens our operational footprint in Norway but also demonstrates the Ecosystem’s ability to execute strategic arrangements that help our entrepreneurs accelerate their growth and success.

    Growth in 2026

Looking ahead, in 2026 our primary growth target is the Netherlands. The Netherlands, with its dynamic tech scene and central European location, presents the ideal environment for ecosystem growth. We will establish a new hub in Amsterdam to replicate the success of our Helsinki operations. This expansion will include local marketing, cohesion events, and a dedicated team to support new Dutch ecosystem companies.

The Ecosystem model is proving its resilience. By combining the agility of boutique specialists with the scale of a global network, we are providing the business growth that the European market requires.

Thank you to the founders and the R+ team for a productive 2025 and let’s accelerate growth further in 2026!
