Unlocking CRM’s full potential: Growberries at Nordic Business Forum

Our guiding principle is simple: a CRM should adapt to your business – not the other way around. When processes, data, and people are aligned, technology becomes an enabler, not a barrier. And it works.
When I left 22 years in US corporates to start Growberries, one thing became clear fast: companies don’t just need a CRM system – they need a partner who can connect technology, data, and people so the business actually runs better.
Over the past three years, we’ve seen the same pattern in almost every project: the technology is there, but the processes aren’t aligned, the data isn’t trusted, and the people aren’t enabled to use it. This leaves teams working in silos and revenue opportunities on the table.

That’s where Growberries is different. We don’t just “implement Salesforce.” We work with ambitious companies to change that by focusing on the full picture:
- Process: Streamlining how sales, marketing, and service flows so teams work smarter, not harder.
- Data: Making sure the right information is accessible, actionable, and actually used to make decisions.
- People: Enabling your teams with the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed.
This balance is what turns a CRM from an expensive database into a growth engine. Our guiding principle is simple: a CRM should adapt to your business – not the other way around. When processes, data, and people are aligned, technology becomes an enabler, not a barrier. And it works.
A standout example is our work with Nokia RXRM, where we helped design a modern revenue system capable of supporting a recurring business model. By aligning marketing, sales, customer success, and finance into a unified architecture, we enabled Nokia to move beyond hardware sales and embrace a scalable system designed for long-term growth.
This wasn’t just a technical update. It was a shift in mindset. We introduced recurring revenue metrics like ARR, usage tracking, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and mapped the customer journey end-to-end to ensure real business outcomes, not just installed software.
